One of the best reasons to live in the ECS-LLC is for the community and educational programming that occurs throughout the year. Listed below are several of the events that occur in the LLC, but we are always welcoming new ideas. Join us today and be apart of this dynamic community.

Beach Bash
• The entire ECS gets together to celebrate the new academic year. Inflatables, dunk tank, giant donut eating contest, and more!

Kickoff Celebration
• The kickoff event is a great opportunity to meet faculty, staff, and students in the School of Engineering and Computer Science. Food, fellowship, and fun.

Bible Study for the ECS-LLC
• Join the North Village Chaplain, Student Success Specialist, and your Faculty-in-Residence for a weekly Bible study over lunch.

Faculty/student lunches
• All students in the LLC are invited to attend lunch with faculty members in the ECS. This has been a huge hit as we strive to connect faculty and students outside of the classroom.

Movie Night
• Lord of the Rings, Timeline, and more. Take some time to relax and watch a movie with some friends. Snacks, prizes, and wonderful relationships are built on movie nights.

Meals Together
• Students just spend time together eating pizza and getting to know one another.

Guest Speakers
• Ethics, morals, career choice, relationships, and more are discussed through guests speakers.

Dr Pepper floats
• Students drink Dr Pepper floats while getting to know a professor.

Bowling/Game Night
• We rent out the entire game room in the Student Union for the ECS-LLC! Students have a great time bowling, playing pool, and just getting to know one another.

Thanks Giving Potluck
• The members of the ECS-LLC come together to celebrate Thanksgiving. This is a great opportunity to show off your cooking skills and be thankful for some good food.

Christmas Party
• We reserved the faculty dining house for a Christmas banquet and white elephant gift exchange. It was great to see the different personalities shine through the "creative" gifts!
