Nicole Carpenter

Nicole Carpenter is a Senior Global Business Development Executive and Strategic Account Manager with deep experience leading sales teams in revenue growth, strategic business development, and turn around opportunities utilizing SaaS and digital solutions, technical products and services, integrated projects, and bundled offerings. She brings expertise in commercial strategy, financial acumen, negotiations, communications, cultural business transformation, operational support, and QHSSE crisis management. She has been employed at four start up companies and global corporations and has been a catalyst for revenue growth in each and every one of her past endeavors.

Previously, Carpenter was Weatherford's President of Business Development with responsibility for business in ExxonMobil's global operations. She also has a role in Weatherford's technology commercialization, bringing technical solutions to challenging wells and operations worldwide, including remote frontier operating areas. She has led Weatherford's business in these regards primarily in Chad, Equatorial Guinea, Indonesia, Kurdistan, Sakhalin Island Russia, Kazakhstan, Argentina, Atlantic Canada, and the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.

During Nicole's career, she has worked broadly across the oil and gas industry, with assignments in pipeline and compression services, geologic core analysis, executive recruiting, as well as drilling and subsurface.  

Nicole is a strong believer in servant leadership and supports a simple business philosophy; “Do what you say you will do.” and “Treat people the way you want to be treated.”

Nicole grew up in Saudi Arabia. Her father worked at ExxonMobil Refining & Supply, and her mother was an occupational therapist. Nicole has a B.S. in Finance from California Polytechnic University.  She is married with two children. She enjoys running, nature, stained glass art, and a good cup of tea.
