Experience
Dr. Spence joined Baylor University's School of Engineering and Computer Science in 2017 after 22 years of teaching engineering at the university level. She has been the PI or Co-PI on engineering education-focused NSF grants and serves on national committees focusing on improving K-12 and undergraduate engineering education. She is faculty advisor for a number of student organizations at Baylor including Society for Women Engineers, YoungLife College and Aero@Baylor.
