Poster Entries

Find your poster location on the map. Your easel and poster (if printed by ECS) will already be there. ECS will provide easels and presentation board for everyone, even if you are bringing your printed poster with you. Please stay with your poster from 2:15 to 4:45pm, as your scoring judges could come by anytime in that window. They will not come at the same time. If you leave your post to hear a presentation or visit other stations, have a friend cover your poster. Remember to take no more than 5 minutes to present to judges. You may take your poster with you after the competition. The awards ceremony will begin at 5 pm. You will receive an email from Rocketjudge.com, which will have your scores and any feedback from judges. Be sure to check your spam and junk folder if you don't see it in your main inbox. If you have questions, find Lane Murphy at the check-in or at the stage.
