Learning Resource Center
The Engineering and Computer Science Learning Resource Center (LRC) is a collaborative learning environment designed to serve Engineering and Computer Science students. Students across all of ECS may utilize this space for study sessions and walk-in tutoring sessions. The location has a large room designed for general studying and tutoring. In addition, the LRC has its own computer lab that is linked to the ECS network. This allows ECS students to access the necessary software to complete required assignments.
The LRC is a safe study environment for students set up to reduce the spread of COVID-19. All students and staff utilizing the space must abide by the university's current COVID-19 protocols. Currently, masks are required while utilizing the space. In addition, hand sanitizing stations and sanitizing wipes will be provided so that students can clean their work area both before and after use.
Tutoring
The LRC tutoring program is an extension of Baylor University’s Student Success Center. The tutoring schedule, including subjects and tutors, can be accessed through the Tutoring Center's website. Drop-in tutoring is available for students on Sundays from 6pm - 11pm and Monday - Thursday 8pm - 11pm. No appointment required. Tutors are available to help students work through processes, concepts, and problems.
Please note that LRC Tutors are not able to help write specific code for any ECS classes. However, tutors are willing to work through coding concepts and definitions.

The Engineering and Computer Science Learning Resource Center is located within the ECS Research Annex. The ECS Research Annex is located behind Brooks College and Kokernot Hall.
