Hynan, Ditsch, Elsayed Receive Baylor Staff Awards
On April 17, Baylor President Linda A. Livingstone. Ph.D., congratulated 13 recipients of the 2022 Baylor University Staff Awards. The recognition program was led by the Staff Awards Selection Committee and Human Resources at a ceremony in the Paul W. Powell Chapel at Truett Seminary. Three of the honorees were from the School of Engineering and Computer Science.
Patrick Hynan, Director of Technology and Facilities, School of Engineering and Computer Science, was a Distinguished Staff Leadership Award winner. Hynan is Baylor’s first three-time recipient of a Baylor Staff Award.
Candace Ditsch, Office Manager, Computer Science, School of Engineering and Computer Science, was one of six Outstanding Staff Award winners.
This year includes the inaugural Student Employment Award Winners. Amr Elsayed (Doctoral Candidate, Computer Science), Graduate Assistant, Computer Science, School of Engineering and Computer Science, was one of two honorees in this category.
Congratulations to these outstanding and distinguished ECS staff members for going above and beyond in their service to the University and especially to the School of Engineering and Computer Science.
