Casey Latham

Casey Latham, BSECE '16, MSECE '18, manages Keysight Technologies' EDA Business Development team across the Americas and Europe. His team identifies and pursues long-term strategic opportunities across multiple industries, with a primary focus on aerospace and defense. Casey also leads Keysight's EDA University Program, which provides industry-leading design software to universities worldwide. Through the program, students gain hands-on experience with the same advanced tools used by leading technology companies, helping prepare the next generation of engineers.

In his role, Casey works across technical and business functions to align stakeholders, advance complex initiatives, and develop emerging opportunities. He translates engineering requirements into business strategies, connecting customers, partners, and internal teams to accelerate innovation and deliver measurable results.

Casey lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Savannah, and their son, Lucas. They are active members of Austin Oaks Church, where Casey serves in the high school ministry. His involvement with Baylor includes serving on the ECE Department Board and with SMART Hub, where he serves on the leadership team as an industry liaison.
