Partner, Asia-Pacific Tax & Finance (TFO) Managed Services Leader, Ernst & Young
In his role with Ernst & Young, Kellar helps clients optimize their tax and finance functions, exploring strategic opportunities for target operating models, mitigating risk in an environment impacted by global legislative change, managing technology and digital disruption, and overcoming challenges with talent and skills.

Prior to his as Partner, Americas Operations Leader (TFO), , Kellar was Managing Partner, Cognitive Process Transformation, Asia Pacific, for IBM. In this role, Kellar was responsible for sales, strategy, P&L, client relationships, delivery and overall business unit performance. He led IBM’s consulting practices that included Blockchain, IoT, AI, robotics, cognitive, Watson, analytics, process consulting and process outsourcing.
Prior to this, Kellar was General Manager, IBM ASEAN. In this role, he had overall responsibility for IBM in Southeast Asia, including sales and distribution, software, hardware, services, manufacturing, procurement, global delivery and support functions.
Prior to this, Kellar served as General Manager, Global Process Services, Growth Markets, for IBM, covering Asia, Middle East and Africa, Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America. In this role, he was accountable for sales, P&L, strategy and overall business unit performance for supply chain, finance, HR, CRM, banking and insurance outsourced operations.
Kellar joined IBM as Vice President of Global Delivery where he was responsible for global service delivery, operations, transition and transformation for IBM’s Global Process Services HRO practice. He then took on a number of leadership assignments, including; General Manager and Chief Executive, Global HRO.
Prior to joining IBM, Kellar worked for Halliburton, Exult and ACS. During his career, Kellar has acquired in-depth knowledge of consulting, business process and transformation outsourcing, design thinking and agile methodologies, shared services, CRM, mobile and cloud. He has extensive experience working in developing countries and growth markets.
Kellar graduated from Baylor University in 1988, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Physical Education.
